Great picture. Looks like a good day!!
Got punished with Murphy yesterday at CrossFit Alexandria. 10 males did it as RX'd with vests, 2 females as RX'd with vests!! I went without a vest. Planning on checking out Potomac CrossFit tonight.

Tom E - FANTASTIC performance yesterday at the Northeast qualifier! Under 7minute row?! That's awesome! Today's WOD looks like a killer. Can't wait to hear how it goes. I bet you're having a great time! Good luck. Finish STRONG!
Fun times yesterday at the river with my CFES friends! Can't wait to do it again!

Cherie, the kids and I had so much fun. Just a kickback Saturday afternoon. CFES has the best gatherings after getting our butts kicked all week.

Indigenous tribes did not need a permit to cook their meat. It would be a crime if somebody gave us a ticket for that.

I now feel bad for saying we would be seeing a dead body float by any minute, since it turns out, those helicopters were actually looking for one. oops.
