Missing!!! Travis' Workout Journal!!! If anyone grabbed it by mistake or knows where it might be, please, please, please let us know. There is a chance Travis might become very depressed if the journal does not turn up soon, and he has offered to clean anyone's entire house who comes forth with information leading to the finding of his WOD journal. It is a light brown hard back journal and was last seen on the front desk at the box. Call Travis with the good news as soon as possible.

ohhh, justin you really are just the worst kind of person. honestly though, that journal has everything ive done since we've been at CFES, and ive made a lot of progress, and it sucks to now have no idea where ive been wod wise for the last 7 months. i need that information. if someone took the journal by mistake, no questions asked please return it.

Uh yeah, um...my legs are tired...I ran for like 10 years no problem. I run 1.5 miles and do a few snatches and what, I'm weak now???
I hope you find your journal Travis. That's sad.

Wow that was easy.. What next jk... Got a fire in the middle of the workout.. Finished as soon as I got back.. Clock kept rolling 3:30 minutes.. Bad ass. Good luck Travis...just take someone elses and divide there times by three.. That should get u close
