I'll be heading down to Aromas mid-monrning on Thursday. I plan on being at CF East Sac around 10 to load up and head out by 1030. That should give plenty of time for registration and such.
I've got room for 2 more in the truck.

Justin A, when are you working out this week? Would love to see you before the Games.

Hi Eileen,
I saw Sara today at 12.
Tomorow at 6 or 8, depends on when the dog wakes me up. :)
Are you heading down?
Posted by: Justin A | July 06, 2009 at 04:00 PM
Justin A, I will be happy to wake you myself to make sure you get to the 6 a.m. class tomorrow - now that you've posted your number today. :) Unfortunately, we are not going to make it to the Games. Would love to be there, but Sarah has a soccer tournament. We will be with you in spirit, though, and we know that you will kick fanny. The CFES competitors are among the best of the best!

Brooke - check out the CrossFit Games blog. There are 2 new posts (posted today) about the affiliate team challenge. We must register as a team, so we'll all have to register early Friday am (registration Thurs closes at 4p). Registration is from 6am-7:30 am Friday, followed by a MANDATORY meeting at the ranch at 8am.
WODs will be posted Wednesday...so keep checking back.
Team CFES - get pumped up! We're gonna kick boot-tay in Aromas!
Justin "wannabe gymnast" Riley - you're going to SHINE in Aromas, you STUD!

Crap, putting the weights back into the garage was no fun last year and I just know I might be one of those volunteered again to do it this year. That is a crapload of weight!
btw, Justin. check your email and FB. I've been neglecting to get around to it on Sun and today.
