No comments! And it's already 11:45am. Travis thanks for yelling at me to get my head in the game on the thrusters. I believe that is what is holding me back from doing well at the heavier lifts.

Great job today 6 am'ers! Thanks for encouragement, Travis. I wasn't sure if I was going to thrust 175 lbs today. Still need to work on locking out at the top.
