CF Endurance WOD at 2:00pm at American River College track for anyone interested.
the WOD is 1 mile run then 3 x 400 at the 1 mile pace. Foul if you fall more than 2 seconds off pace. Penalty for fouls... burpees.

Thankyou guys so much I love you all, I've learned a few things about myself and my family in the last few hours #1 Jennifer Terrill is my goddamn hero, I wish that I could ever be as tough as she was delivering that beautiful baby girl. She is a warrior, and I'm so proud of her. #2 that little girl has been in my life for about 16 hours only, and she's allready got me so wrapped around her finger it's just a shame. #3 I am the luckiest person I know to have a support system of this magnitude, from family to friends, and every single one of you. You are the village that is going to help raise this little girl, and I can't think of a better cult for the job lol. Okay I have to stop this, because I'm seriously getting all choked up here in the cafeteria, it's got to be strange to see a man who has 5 empty containers of milk in front of him crying onto an iPhone. I love you all, speaking for momma too, I know she does also. -trav

First round of drinks is on me tonight! Cherie and Brian- thanks for letting us celebrate Pat's birthday too! I started to plan something for Sat night and before I contacted anyone- Pat said, "Cherie just posted about Brian's bday dinner- it's hard to go out 2 nights in a row for some of us- so let's all just go out on Friday." Congrats Travis and Jen! Jen I don't think I've met but you're already a hero in my eyes. Any woman who can still find the motivation to workout- at Crossfit no less- and make it more than week past her due date without going off the reservation has my respect. And Travis don't rush back too soon, enjoy it!
