Bar Facing Burpees
Drap the band over the bar length wise, and step through the middle. You want to be careful to line up centered on the bar and the band. Use the reference markings on the bar and spread the band out evenly until it has some tension on it.
For the sumo, drape the band over the bar and step through both ends. Line up your feet and line up the band in the center of the bar. If the band is two long and has slack, wrap it around the bar once and that should take the slack out.
