75 Wall Ball For Time (Go UNBROKEN!)
Here is an exceptional video of our friend Chris Michelmore doing 150 Wall Balls, or "Karen," unbroken. We will be at his new box next weekend for the Moxie Madness Throwdown. If Chris can do 150 in a row, the rest of us can suck it up and hit 75.
Also check out Dave Lipson with some impressive weighted dips from the .com archives.

Awesome video to watch.

Nice work Chris.
The question I ask myself is, could I do 75 unbroken air squats?

this is a bit off topic, but thought it was interesting:

Not sad to be missing wall-balls today.
Coincidentally, I did do a Chris Michelmore-esque (and Brian Nabeta-esque) WOD today. I joined a 24 Hour Fitness (Globo baby!) next to my office in Pleasanton so I could start doing CFE Swim WODs on my lunch break. I'm starting out w/ Brian Mackenzie's 12 week intro plan and today was my first day: 10 x 50 m/y on 1 min (simple, right?). I got to about 35 yards into #7 and my shoulders were on fire, I realized I apparently forgot how to breathe when tired, and I and I thought to myself, "Why the EFF am I voluntarily doing this to myself." I then realized it's the exact same thought I've had DURING EVERY SINGLE WOD I’VE EVER DONE. Then I kept swimming, finished the WOD, and went back to work.
I'm hoping I can have that ridiculous/repetitive thought at least 3 days a week at the Globo and 5 days a week at good ole CFES. Somehow, it keeps me sane.

Normally scheduled classes for the Hero WOD tomorrow. Please consider bringing a donation for the cause.
As for Labor Day, we may have 8:30 AND 10:00 classes, or we may have open gym depending on if any Coaches are available to work. Stay tuned for details.

I noticed how much concentration it took to make a rep with the wall ball each time. That alone wore me out. But this is an action in my wheel house so I really liked the workout.
Jealous of anyone who gets a chance to swim. Have fun with it Hollis!

Yeah- this just in, wall balls are the new punishment in place of burpees.

Thanks for the blast Justin! And keep it up Hollis it gets better I promise (that may or may not be a lie). Can't wait to see everyone next weekend. Blair has some fun.things planned and the move was finished today. The place looks amazing! I'm biased though so you can make that decision on your own.
