Rumor has it there is going to actually be a WOD this year. Rx will be in full costume.

So, when I asked my brother to send me Russian weightlifting shoes he didn't question as to why. Later I emailed him a short video of my Oly lifting experience. He was utterly shocked, and my niece who is quite loquacious was speechless. I asked why, was it that bad? He said no, just unusual. They could kinda understand me with a shotgun, but me with a lifting bar???!!!
And I thought I may send this vid to the Defense Minister as a Weapon of Mass Confusion. People will be walking for days, scratching their heads and thinking "what the hell was that?"
