I present to you all the October On-Ramp grads. Rob, Lauren, Michael, Katie, Kate, Diane, Emily and Rob. It's been a while since we had a grad pic with all 8 of the participants.
This was a great group and all of us look forward to wroking with you more. I challenge you all to make 3 workouts per week, every week for the next two months. If you can keep this consistency, you all will become lifers and eventually become badasses like many of those before you.
