Rest Day
Here are our two teams from the CF Brethren competition yesterday. It was a brutal day full of valiant efforts. Good work to all of our athletes. Next Sunday is the Nor Cal 40's in Richmond. Please try and make the trip out to support our crew who will be competing. After that we will be gearing up for the Sac-Town Throwdown and then the CF Open.

That was a great competition. Very smooth event, solid work outs and great competitors. There were Games teams, a Games competitor and a bunch of star teams from Regionals.
Thanks to my teammates! Amazing to work with Loren, Cherie and Aaron. Aaron did a great job getting through a 1/4 mile of carrying me on his shoulders.
The Strange, Leah, Justin and Douangchanh team was awesome to watch. Good job guys.
