If I had a beamer, I would hook grip it too!

I hook grip the dog leashes when we walk. I don't think its weird at all. It makes the most sense even though the leashes are loose and the dogs are at my side. Efficiency.

My kindergartner hook grips his pencil. He also sticks his tongue out and concentrates really, really hard when he does this... hmmmm. Well, at least we already knew he is a weighlifter in the making.
I hook grip my wine glass. What does that make me?

Hey Folks-
A few of us are headed out for a trail run tomorrow afternoon at Salmon Falls. The run will be about 5 miles out with some good climbing. (then of course we have to get back to our cars). I want to extend an invite to anyone that wants to come along.
let me know if you are interested in going and I will get you the details.

It's back squat day, but I already posted the Deisel Weasel back squat video. I suppose I could wait for a front squat day or a clean day to post this, but I have beed dying to post quite possibly the worst of all the Deisel Weasel videos: the clean and front squat.

Huh... Not a bunch of takers for the 10 mile trail run? Y'all are getting soft.

I'll tag along on Saturday. But there's a possibility I'll turn around after about 1 mile out.
I mean, someone's got to start the bbq and bloody marys....
