WOD
Check out the following video by Dr. Doug Willen, that is a quick explanation of what it means when we say "Paleo." It hits the key points without going deep into the sciencey stuff.

There is another guy you might have heard of named Mark Sisson who publishes a blog called marksdailyapple.com and wrote a book called The Primal Blueprint on primal lifestyle and it's benefits to our health.
When you hear "Paleo," most people are referring to the caveman diet. "Primal" includes that, but also goes much more into lifestyle choices that model that of the hunter gatherer.
Mark's editor/writing partner Brad Kearns will be in Sacramento on Tuesday evening March 6th doing a 3 hour presentation on transformation to a more primal lifestyle. They will discuss nutrition, food quality choices, effective exercise programs, and lifestyle choices that you may not realize are effecting your health. There is much more to our overall health than just diet and exercise.

Any sort of events going on for 12.1 tomorrow or is it just being done at the Saturday classes?

Justin: what is the schedule for tomorrow? Regular 8:30 and 10am?
Posted by: Scott | February 24, 2012 at 08:27 AM
Every day they go through and post a blog with information. For example, just the other day Justin posted a blog about how Open WOD's would be scheduled and how he and the other coaches would not only be here to organize judging on Saturdays, but would also host a social event after everyone had completed the WOD. For your convenience a link to that previous blog is included:

Scott, you even commented on that blog . . .

More interestingly:
Anyone have the current gym leaderboard on WOD #1?
Last I saw we had a few men at 110 and 105 and I think the top female was just under 100 . . . any updates?

Kinda funny...check out Adrian Bozeman's video submission on the games site. He does it in a tuxedo t-shirt (Next Hipfit shirt???) while his girlfriend smokes her cigarette and counts reps....and then loses track. I'm sure a fight ensued.
