Run or Row 5K No excuses people. Unless you are going to cheer on our CFES team at the Nor-Cal Regionals in Santa Clara, then I understand. BOTH FOUNDATIONS AND LEVEL ONE ARE DOING THIS WOD.

I hope they have an elliptical machine at Embassy Suites Santa Clara, otherwise I won't be able to get my workout in. :-(

Tash: the preferred hotel WOD of CFES is 100 burpees. This is usually followed by 1-6 4Loko, margaritas, or beers of your choice.

Does a 5k bike (beach cruiser) ride count as fulfilling the WOD?

I'm refreshing the CF Games NorCal twitter feed, for time. GO CFES! Currently in 6th after the first WOD.

Good luck, CFES! Rooting for you from home-base. Literally. Playing co-ed softball this weekend. Looking forward to seeing how bad-ass I might be now that CF is part of the routine. :)

Amazing Day 1! Thanks for all the support from home, and to everyone who came out to Santa Clara to cheer us on! It means the world to us. Love my CFES family!

Could you post the row course on the map too?
CFES 5th after day 1. Great job all.
From the Games website in an article about Danny Nichols (who thrustered 325 in last year's thruster ladder):
"But it is the snatch ladder that really makes Danny excited. Predictions? “Oh yeah,” he says, “all the way to the end.” He has hit 305 in training the ladder, and barely missed 315. The biggest question in Danny’s mind is not if he will nail the 295 pound bar, but will the event organizers bring out more bars for him like they did last year during the thruster ladder."
