I love the old timey cards.
Just a reminder for anyone that wants to join the barbell club to drop me an e-mail @ matthew@eastsaclaw.com
And can someone tell Alan Strange about the barbell club, he never reads the blog.

It's interesting, I noticed this early on and because I have to interact with a lot of people who do not Crossfit I made a conscious effort not to talk about Crossfit all the time. Don't get me wrong, I can get into a deep and meaningful conversation about snatch or tell snatch jokes for hours on end, but it's just as easy to talk about other stuff- sometimes it's just not as much fun.

Oh, a programming question came up today and I realized there had been a Crossfit in the Future episode that answered the question. Here it is:

Wonder if we will ever see another Crossfit in the Future episode again.

There is a CF in the Future Episode for every question ever posed in CrossFit. No matter the question, the answer is always... burpees.

Take a look at this blog for a good laugh! I can't stop laughing, mostly because so much of it is so true.
