Rest Day
Still ripped and hitting her WODs at almost 8 months pregnant. For those of you who didn't know Brooke, she is a CFES hero with a never say die attitude. Way to go Brooke, one more month to go! We miss you chanp!
All you mother's to be, remember this. 10,000 years ago there was no such thing as bed rest. Scale appropriately and listen to your body, but stay fit along the way.

Fyi.... check out crossfitmom.com for any ladies planning/are pregnant. Good way to know what to scale and some programming info. I did it with my 2nd pregnancy (did NOT look half as good as Brooke!) But nonetheless did it and helped with my 24 hour active natural childbirth. Bounced back pretty quickly afterwards. Good for postpartum too! Although I'm sure our amazing coaches can help program/scale as needed. I just didn't have them back then.

Thanks for the shout out! We miss the hell out of you guys! Only 6 more weeks til the lil dudes arrival and things are getting a little crazy:) I have been able to CrossFit throughout my entire pregnancy and I feel awesome! A few modifications and a decreased intensity level help keep me in check every time I WOD. Hope everyone is doing well!
