1 Pause Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Split Jerk
Alternating Tabata:
Mid Thigh Box Jump
Handstand Pushups
Dmitry Klokov has a complex(series of lifts performed in succession) named after him. He snatches more than most can deadlift (including myself). Skip to 2:40 to see him perform a "Klokov" set. Look for him to be on the Olympic podium in a few days.




The pausing front squat in the video appears 550#... Holy moly.
