As CrossFitters we can certainly understand what it means to push yourself. But with so many things to be good at, we never get to be amazing at any one thing. Of course being pretty good at everything you can get your hands on and having a Ferrari engine can be considered it's own amazing skill.




Just a heads up...you guys that like the Reebok Oly's and Nano's and would prefer to buy them from a store rather than on-line,...they stock them at Sports Chalet in Roseville on Fairway Drive. A few different colors and styles too!

In the end, the only thing that matters is, can you outrun the zombies? Or, actually, can you outrun the fat guy next to you who lived on his couch? I feel pretty confident most CFers will survive the zombie apocalypse.
