Rest Day
Broski is always talking/threatening to wear the singlet aka unitard to the gym. He did it yesterday for the mock meet, and what has now been seen can not be unseen.
Good job to all the lifters yesterday. 2 more weeks till Kono. We hope you will all come out to support our lifters on Saturday, August 4th at Sac High School.

When did naked come into play here? I am ok with the spandex suit (barely) and already worry about panty line. Now I have to worry about tan lines? Ugh.

Matt, unless you have been there you might think that you weigh in with all the other competitors in a big area, not off in a small room with one guy and an electronic scale.

Way to go Mike... I've heard that amazing life experience exist on the other side of pain/challenges that people avoid :) Rock on. We'll all be joining you on the 4th -- I actually ordered mine in XL and they sent me an XS, some weird Universe joke I suppose.
