Olga- Sean T and I lift at 2:00, we have 8 ladies in the lifting session at 4:00 and Big Rob lifts at 6:00. I'll post the details later this week on location. I hope everyone can come out to watch.
Justin- thanks for the session yesterday. The immediate video feedback is an amazing tool. It's so easy to see that my hips have a lot more to open. I'll focus on that on Saturday. Then, I'll focus on the squat snatch. If I can huck 175# that high, I should be able to squat under it.
I recommend everyone that wants to get better at the oly lifts to book a video session with Justin, totally worth it!!
