So I was shaving my callouses today and it crossed my mind to see what other people do for normal maintenance kinds of things.
I
1. Shave callouses (use a curved corn shaver from Rite Aid, but I hear there is a WOD razor out there that might be even better).
2. Take epsom salt baths about once a week.
3. Take ice baths about every other week.
4. Keep threatening to get a massage- but seem to never have the time.
5. Stretch about 2-3 hours outside of the gym each week.
Anyone else want to share?

I just skip workouts like 5k runs so my calves don't get tight. I've found it helps to eat a pound of bacon instead of running. I tend to feel fully recovered and energized the following day.
