So Broski posted this on the comment section yesterday and none of you watched it, but I though it was worth seeing. Pretty hysterical. After the video is over, hit the record button in the bottom left of the video and you can control it using your keyboard. Try hitting a bunch of different keys, but you got to throw the letter "A" in there from time to time. LOOK AT YOU ON THE INTERNET!

Can you chime in if you're staying at the Embassy Suites tonight? I'd like to line up a ride to the event for our team's volunteer, Jeff Frost, on Saturday morning. We're carpooling to SJ today, but it would be good if he could catch a ride from Embassy with someone from CFES tomorrow morning. Thanks!

I've been having some nagging injuries with my foot; does anyone have a recommendation for a foot specialist or other related professional that can help me recover from this? I turned the wrong way at home and since then it's just been a constant nagging pain in the arch of the foot, and sometimes translating to other areas of the foot / knee / etc.. any suggestions would be appreciated.

Shem, I don't know a doctor here, but in the interim you can do foot drills. http://70sbig.com/blog/2011/12/foot-drills/
Link in the article you should def read: http://files.meetup.com/445445/footDrills.pdf
Good luck at Moxie, everyone! Also, those snatches will be fun! Make sure to be as perfect on technique as you can in the beginning/for as long as you can maintain, it will be more efficient and quicker overall. It's light enough for you guys to throw around, but will get heavy fast if you're sloppy.
