It has been hard to keep this under wraps for the last 12 weeks, so Loren and I are both proud and relieved to finally let the cat out of the bag. Yesterday was the first trimester ultrasound and everything is looking great. Soild blood work, good measurements and lots of activity. It looked like the baby was trying to do power cleans already.
The due date is May 2nd, so let's hope this baby wants to see daylight before regionals and pray that the CrossFit Gods get the schedule right.

Thanks, everyone! We are SO thrilled. There's nothing that compares to hearing that little heart beat and seeing those first movements! Excited to join the league of amazing CF mamas at our gym, and to share this with our CFES family. I'm feeing great and doing my best to get a (very scaled!) WOD in at least a few times a week.
