Kyle McCray has been here just over a month now, and last night he made the leap to the top of the Squat board with a big 410. Nice job bud. I am sure Big Al's blood is itching for a squat day now.

Chris looked a lot more nervous and shaky thank Kyle did. That was probably a max effort air squat for Chris.
