What does it feel like to complete the NorCal Masters. Well this about sums it up.
TJ and the gang put on a spectacular event, and CrossFit East Sac masters stepped up to the plate. For many it was a matter of facing their fears. For most they were there to try to finish everything. A few were there to try and win. Where ever you ranked, you are all winners to us for facing a very daunting task and representing CrossFit East Sac.
If you have media, pics or video, please forward the good ones to me. I don't need to go through all of it. For iPhone, just bring me your phone so I don't lose quality via email. Other media, please put on a flash drive, cd's and dvd's are so 90's.

OMG! The first pic of me on the blog and I'm not even doing anything cool, just trying to not throw up! ;) What an awesome experience, though. It was not only great to compete and challenge myself, but it was even more gratifying to be able to cheer everyone on from first-time competitors to veterans -- everyone was pushing their limits and kicking ass! So inspiring!

Love our gym. To put 14 competitors in a one masters event we must be doing something right! So proud of you all and I enjoyed watching what studs and studetts you have become. I want to be just like you when I grow up (it's closer than you think).
