When we visited a CF box in Texas over Christmas, I told the owner there about the upcoming TJs Masters event and asked if his region had anything similar going on for its masters, and he looked at me like I'd grown a second head. I feel so fortunate to be in a community that supports us older folks in our fitness goals and gives us opportunities like TJs' event, Moxie Madness, Diablo Dueces, and our very own Throwdown to compete on our own level. Great job everyone! It was another great CrossFit event to watch.
I made a disc with the pictures I took and pinned them on the board at the box. I think Jen R. may have grabbed it last but asked her to bring back for others to grab and return as well.
