Should have seen Satch today as the battling ropes were going full speed during the workout--didn't look nearly as tough as he does sitting with Alley here.
As I promised, we're going to do some 1RM testing before the Open starts. I'll cycle through some different lifts in the next few weeks, shouldn't interfere much with your regular training.
Tues 6pm: Sumo Deadlift 1RM
Thurs 6pm: Pullups, handstand push-up work, and push-ups--kind of a prison upper body strengthening week.
Sat 11am: Tempo front squats
