In New Orleans this weekend for the start of Outlaw Camp at my old gym, Crossfit NOLA. But I'm pretty sure most of you are more interested in Breaux Mart (yes, Breaux like "Bro, spot me on this set"), where I used to get midweek groceries when I couldn't make it back out to Whole Foods. Used to tie Satch up to the bike racks here when it was too hot to leave him in the car, and he'd alternately bark at being left outside or pee on the curb. Still, ducking into Breaux Mart was worth it to get some prepared foods that were Paleo enough. Remember, if you're signed up for the Open (aka all of you), this is when you should be resting and taking care of those nagging injuries/mobility problems about to turn into injuries, and eating clean.
Tues 6pm with Justin: Sumo DL 1RM (yes, one more week of this, I think we could use the practice). Great opportunity to show up and get a pair of fresh eyes on you. Justin has some good ideas for you all.
Thurs 6pm: I'll be back, we'll be doing a 1RM bench press and jerk technique work.
Sat 11am: Speed box squats and max press
AO is going to open his first box called "Get Big Bro"! His first kid, boy or girl will have the middle name BRO, just so he can say BRODOM for the last name without legally changing it!
