I practice this squat/seated position all the time - waiting at the doctor's office, filling air in the tire, sometimes I get off my ass at the desk and just squat. Co-workers are used to me doing "wierd" stuff: stretching, Mobility WOD in the hall outside my cube... however, I'm still struggling with just 5 minutes in that position.

Justin- that was funny. I wonder if that is the chairnthat Bryant uses for his cleanses???? His cleans never seems to lead to a muscle up or lower body fat.

Anne - thank you for a great first session. You are such an inspiration and because of you and this amazing support group, I'm going to take baby steps to make adjustments. This morning I'm replacing my usual 1/2 cup (yes, measured) of plain yogurt this with a hard boiled egg and will next try to sub the Splenda and flavored creamer (so bad yet so good) with coconut milk. Cheese replacement will be next. We'll see how this goes today.
